 The MOQ is 200pcs without logo. Besides, the MOQ will be different depend on the different products.

2. How long is the delivery time?
 Normally is about 35-45 days, sometimes it depends on the whole production schedule. But it will be finished in about 15 days if your order is the stable popular items. Pls let us know if your order is specially urgent.

3.Can you provide the samples?
Yes, we can provide you a free sample but you need to pay the freight cost. But you need to pay the sample fee and freight cost if you want over three samples. Normally, the sample lead time is about one week. But we could send you sample at once if the products are in stock.

4.Can you make customized products?
Yes, the customized products are available. We could provide the OEM & ODM service.

5.What should we do when we meet the quality problem occurred in our received goods?
 All the goods will be done the complete quality inspection before shipment. So it is rare to have bad quality problem occur. If it occurs and without any error operation, just send us the feedback. Then we will exchange the goods to you after the verification.
